On the FOX NFL Pregame show, Jay Glazer said Garrard would be watching the Week 1 games to see if any team needs a starting quarterback.
Considering Kerry Collins' performance in a 34-7 loss to the Texans (16-of-31 passing, 197 yards, two fumbles) and that Peyton Manning may be out for awhile, maybe the Colts should give Garrard a call.
It may come in handy come Week 10, when they face the Jacksonville Jaguars. After all, who would have a better scouting report on a team than the starting quarterback who got cut by that team shortly before Week 1?
